WHAT IS A GAME?
First of all, an appeal to those who decide to participate in our reflective games.
Think about whether you need it, because entering the reflective waters is an irreversible step.

Have you ever felt in the evening that the day flew by so quickly that you
and didn't notice?
We all live in a seemingly endless stream of routine events around us.
Sometimes we are happy with what is happening in our lives and at work, and sometimes we are not.
However, being immersed in this flow, we lose the ability to analyze what exactly makes us unhappy.
We're simply too busy maintaining our current standard of living to realize what we can do to improve it—it's as impossible as checking for a suspicious sound under the hood of a car without pulling over to the side of the road.
[
The Game is where you can safely pull over.
The Game is a 3.5 day event held in various hotels or resorts where a group of people (both individuals and teams) interact under the guidance of the Media Key team, analyzing and processing problematic situations in their operations, and then developing effective solutions that they will use upon returning from the Game.

During the game, you will immerse yourself in an event rich in interaction, under the supervision of the Media Klyuch team, which has more than 40 years of experience in guiding its clients to develop solutions to get out of problematic situations , using their own technologies of effective communication and reflective management.
And yes, the Media Klyuch company does not just develop solutions for you , as most business consultants can offer.
Instead , you get not only the tools and techniques built and honed over decades, but the skills to use them that will allow you to do it yourself and maintain your progress years after you've left the game.
To sum up the curbside metaphor, when you arrive at a game, you get the opportunity to work on problems in your business , taking a break from the same endless stream of routine events that surround you there.
So you can safely check out those strange noises coming from under the hood of your car, figure out what's wrong, and fix it with the tools and expertise of the Media Key team right next to you on that side of the road, handing you the same wrench, what do you need
And of course we have cookies available all game days.

A FEW MORE WORDS
A game is a concentrated life, with all the peripeteias, the joys of small and big victories and the bitterness of petty defeats, which are often more rewarding than victories.
Most participants after the game cannot find the words to describe what it is.
The most frequent impressions from them sound like this:
"The game is simply Wow!"
"It divided life into Before and After!"
"Next time I will come with the team!"
"It is impossible to explain, but it is necessary to live"
"How did I live before?" "It's a brain explosion!"
I wonder how you would describe the game?

WHO IS PLAYING WITH WHOM?
A game is always a model.
If the game is for one company, then it is a company model.
If the game is for families, then the family model.
If it is an open game, then it is a market model.
In an open game, groups are created and each group actually becomes a model of the company in the market.
The group itself, under the supervision and with the help of game technicians, is determined with its product, which will be brought to the game market. And creates this product.
And then, everything is like in life!
Groups become teams, game technicians help them in this, and start playing - they achieve their goals in the market, taking out and improving their products.
In full accordance with the chess analogy, which was written about above. The playing team analyzes the situation in the game, understands how it wants to change it to achieve its goal for the game, and makes moves - influences the other group to get the changes it needs. Will it be possible to achieve the goal or not - game life will show! But the experience of managerial influence on the market situation appears, and therefore, material for reflective analysis. And so, according to the results of the reflexive analysis, firstly, the next move can be made even steeper (the steepness is measured - the goal was achieved this time or not, whether the result advances or advances the group to the goal for the game or not), and secondly, the players learn by analyzing experience and understanding which strategies of the team's actions in the market are working and which are not, which should be kept in the piggy bank for the future, and which should be changed.
And most importantly, no one risks anything!

YOU DRIVE WHILE PLAYING
YOU PLAY IN CONTROL

Do you play chess? If you play, then it is easier to understand the analogy of our game with chess, although if you do not play, then you have definitely seen how others play.
If you look at everything that happens during a chess game from the height of a "bird's eye", you will see chess players who, playing with their pieces, implement their strategies on the chessboard with a certain goal. A chess player looks at the situation on the board, analyzes it and makes a move that will change the situation on the board and in the long run should lead to the achievement of his goal for the game (win, draw, hold out as long as possible to understand the grandmaster's strategies...).
Now imagine that you are playing a game in which you are both a chess player and a chess piece. What does this mean? You look at the playing field on which you and other teams of players are playing. You analyze the situation that is developing and you and your team make moves that change the situation and in the long run lead you to achieve the goals you set for yourself for this game. The players themselves watch and analyze the situation on the playing field, set themselves goals for changing the situation in order to achieve their goals, and themselves make game moves to change this situation. So, the reflexive game from the company "Media-Klyuch" is such a game.
WHERE AND HOW MUCH?
The duration of the game is 3-5-7 days in the conditions of disconnection from production and the usual places of residence of players, for example, in a boarding house or recreation center.

WHAT DO THEY DISCUSS AND HOW DO THEY PLAY?
Usually, 35-70 people play the game.
The game is divided into groups using a special technology.
Each group is led by game technicians.
General game work can take place in different forms.
General game forms are led by game hosts.
There are rules of the game. It's up to you to figure out how they appear and are presented. Our game is reflective. And reflection gives answers to many questions.
The working day starts at 10:00 (maybe 8, maybe 9, as the group decides) and ends after midnight. Starting from a certain time, the game engineers try their best to put the players to sleep, realizing that despite the insane drive, a very interesting topic, and the unwillingness to miss the opportunity to try as much as possible, it would not hurt to sleep before the next working day.

And more.
A reflective game is just a game, not a training, not a conference or a seminar.
The game is a concentrated life, with all vicissitudes, the joys of small and large victories and the bitterness of petty defeats, which are often more useful than victories.
WHAT CAN YOU GET IN THE GAME?
The game is a space where you can change your own strategies and watch:
-
and the new me that interacts with others in a different way is OK or not?
-
and are my usual behavioral strategies working or do I need to change them?
-
is a new product, business idea, startup interesting to the market or not?
-
and my methods of bringing the product to the market are adequate for the market or do I need to invent new ones?
-
and the usual methods of behavior of the team in the market - do they give the desired result or do we need to practice new ones?
In the game, you can determine what works and what doesn't, and either take what works with you, or change what doesn't work and try again right in the same game.
And most importantly, if a team player succeeds in making his product super popular in the model, then, taking with him the methods by which he achieved this, he can do all this in life as well.
In addition to all of the above, our games provide players with tools, experience, and primary skills in reflective analysis, reflective management, systemic thinking and action, team building, market interaction based on reflective analysis and understanding of the situation in which they operate, and many other super useful things! Moreover, different players receive different "amounts of utility". The game is based on the principle that "the more you give yourself to the game, the more you get."
Here's how one of our players described his gaming experience
"To illustrate how it works, let me describe my experience: On my second game, I set the task to "stop doing everything myself" because I had become a tightwad in my own company. I came to the game and started doing everything myself again. After realizing this (thanks to the game engineers), I tried different ways of working with the group: just disappearing/giving tasks and disappearing/giving tasks to come back at the end to check, etc.
The first 5 campaigns did not work, but on the sixth attempt I managed to find the right balance and in a few days this model worked in my company. The game allowed me to safely fill 5 bumps in 3 days and find the right approach, which I took with me."
