We will not list what we can and do, as we can assist in solving any management problems.

Media Key was born in the late 80s. We had time to gain experience working with Soviet organizations, as the Soviet Union collapsed before our eyes and independent young states began to form. We gained experience working with clients who belonged to different industries, different forms of ownership, and even different formations. We saw in the game models we created how the alliances that seemed unbreakable were crumbling and new ones were being created among those who had recently considered each other enemies.
We have "treated" and "healed" our clients' companies if there are problems that prevent them from working, developed them if the owners want to move forward but fail, created new lines of business and new companies, trained teams, and much more.
We will not list what we can and do because we can help solve all management problems. Our technology and experience allow us to say that.

Since 2002, in addition to corporate orders (our customer is one organization), we have invented and started implementing a number of open game projects involving individual players and teams from various companies in all post-Soviet countries ("Key Figures", "Key Teams").

Since 2007, we have had family projects (the Keys program for teenagers and family reflective games such as Parents and Children and Little Family Game).

Since 2010, we have launched educational projects - the School of Key Figures, which students lovingly call "SKAF," the School of Parental Management as part of the Parents and Children game, and the School of Game Practice (SIP).

Since June 2022, they have resumed their activities, which were suspended at the beginning of the war. The School of Key Figures (SKF) project has already made two "military" editions, and regularly hosts reflective games such as Catchers of Opportunities, City of Masters, and Manager VS Uncertainty.

The geography of our projects has expanded. Since 2023, online groups from the United States and Europe have been participating in our games, which allows our players to expand their business relationships and gain experience in interacting with businessmen from other countries.
We regularly organize volunteer projects called the Open Actors' Workshop (OAW).
And for the 17th year, we have been regularly running the online volunteer game project Fairy Tale.
Every project realized by our team is a work of art. This is what we stand for!

It was a time when everyone wanted freedom and independence. And almost no one thought about the next step - what to do with freedom and independence? Only a very few leaders tried to answer this simple question: if freedom and independence come, what to do with it? Our first projects were born out of attempts to answer this question, when we began to transform very large enterprises of the USSR into market-based companies. In a situation where the power center was incapable of managing, we had no choice but to organize people.
