OSA is an open seminar for actors (an actor is someone who not only seeks development but also actively moves towards it, involving others in the process), where participants discuss relevant topics or solve business challenges for which the seminar is specifically organized.
How can you generate ideas in just 3-4 hours to solve a complex business challenge that seems impossible to resolve? Where can you discuss a topic that truly interests you, but Google and AI aren’t enough—you need the perspectives and experience of other businesspeople, entrepreneurs, and seekers?

WHAT IS OSA?
The Open Seminar of Actors is an online or offline meeting dedicated to a specific business challenge or idea.
Participants are selected in a way that ensures diverse perspectives on the same problem. Typically, the session begins with a presentation of the problem, task, or idea. The audience asks questions to gain a deeper understanding of both the client and the request they have brought to the seminar.
After that, participants split into groups and start working within their teams. Later, a general meeting is held where each group presents its findings. The discussion follows a special format with closed-ended questions and diverse viewpoints. The entire process is guided by moderators.
As a result, each participant benefits not only from the process itself but also from the collective insights shared by all attendees.
