Why was the format of a reflective game chosen for this work?
In a reflective game, three levels are simultaneously involved:

PERSONAL LEVEL OF THE PARTICIPANT
Each participant begins to see and differentiate their personal behavior strategies and interaction methods. They become aware of what they are doing, how they interact with others, and decide whether their behavior is effective or needs changes. If the participant chooses to make changes, they can try new approaches in the game and gain experience that they can transfer to real life.

TEAM LEVEL
For teams, this is an opportunity to see internal issues — delegation, lack of trust, insufficient responsibility, and other aspects. These processes remain for internal team work and are not brought to the general game field. However, the team has a real opportunity to change its work and interaction, carrying the gained experience into real life.

MARKET LEVEL
On the general game field, teams interact with each other, simulating the market. Here, they can jointly create new tools and practice market interaction methods. Participants can bring their product to the "game market," and if they succeed in attracting the interest of other groups, they gain experience in successfully launching a product to the market.
